⢠Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director. ⢠Remotely sign company and banking-related documents when required. ⢠Assist with occasional compliance and administrative matters. ⢠Remain available for infrequent communication regarding company-related requests. ⢠Support corporate compliance requirements without day-to-day management or running of the business.

⢠Must be a permanent UK resident. ⢠Comfortable with remote communication and document signing. ⢠Reliable and responsive when occasional assistance is required. ⢠Able to complete identity verification and onboarding documentation. ⢠Initial onboarding and bank account setup may require approximately 1-2 hours during the first month. ⢠Must provide a valid, in-date UK passport or driverâs license. ⢠Must provide proof of address. ⢠Must have an active UK mobile phone number. ⢠Access to own laptop or desktop machine.
