📋 Description

• Manage briefs, priorities and follow-ups independently • Deliver work on time, communicate clearly and escalate blockers early • Map processes, identify bottlenecks and turn ambiguous briefs into practical next steps • Define intended improvements and measurement methods • Direct AI agents to structure requests, investigate problems, clean data, prepare documentation and check plans • Verify AI results against source information • Improve approval workflows by defining fields, statuses, handoffs, review points and ownership • Determine the appropriate use of agents, rule-based automation and human judgement • Build Airtable bases, views, interfaces and automations • Prototype and test solutions with realistic data, user scenarios and exceptions • Connect and improve spreadsheets, project tools, documentation and Slack or Teams workflows • Document processes and create reusable instructions, examples and context for agents and colleagues • Maintain current rules and exceptions • Check data, logic, permissions and user experience before handoff • Respect client confidentiality and agreed limits on AI use • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate needs into systems and workflows • Present solutions in clear, non-technical language and support client adoption • Collaborate with creative, social, client service, analytics, AI Operations and technical colleagues • Involve specialists for integrations, access or complex requirements • Support adoption, gather feedback, investigate failures and maintain workflows after launch • Track handling time, errors, rework or usage to demonstrate improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience improving workflows or systems, with evidence of what changed and how it helped • Ability to break messy problems into users, inputs, outputs, handoffs, risks and decisions • Hands-on use of AI tools and agents in work, studies or personal projects • Ability to provide context to AI agents and verify, change or reject results • Ownership and resourcefulness in investigating blockers, communicating progress and escalating with evidence • Clear writing and documentation skills • Confidence with spreadsheets, structured data, project tools and documentation systems • Strong no/low-code aptitude, including building workflows, understanding logic and testing • Airtable or comparable systems experience highly useful • Attention to detail and sound judgement when verifying AI output • Ability to understand client requirements, explain solutions and trade-offs, and help non-technical users adopt new workflows • Ability to demonstrate a repeatable workflow or instruction set • Nice to have: creative, content, campaign, approval or asset workflow experience • Nice to have: Airtable interfaces and automations or similar workflow solutions • Nice to have: Monday.com, Asana, Zapier, Make, n8n, Codex or Claude Code familiarity • Nice to have: basic scripting, HTML or API knowledge • Nice to have: experience helping teams adopt new processes • Ability to work as an individual contractor in country of residence • Availability to work 12pm–8pm Pacific Time • CV, short cover letter and examples of relevant work required
