📋 Description

• Impact the enterprise AI adoption roadmap, target audiences, priority use cases, goals, and value measures • Advise executives on adoption barriers, investments, trade-offs, and actions needed to accelerate responsible usage • Develop content to enhance adoption and learning for employees and teams • Lead audience segmentation, adoption journeys, campaigns, communities, and role-based learning • Translate AI capabilities into practical workflow guidance, demonstrations, toolkits, and reinforcement • Execute change management planning for small and large Digital Workplace programs and projects • Use behavioral and usage data to identify friction, test interventions, and scale successful approaches • Mobilize product, technology, business, learning, communications, HR, risk, legal, and compliance partners around shared adoption outcomes • Provide executive reporting connecting activation, sustained usage, responsible adoption, and business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years leading enterprise adoption, product enablement, digital transformation, learning, or employee engagement, including scaling new technologies • Proven success in audience activation, role-based enablement, workflow integration, behavioral insight, measurement, and value realization • Executive influence • Global cross-functional leadership • Strong enterprise AI and responsible-use knowledge • Advanced analytics skills • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
