• Identify and qualify leads and prospects through inbound and outbound channels • Proactively engage potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate high-quality sales opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executives • Attend Storyblok events and conferences, build networks, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients • Build long-term relationships with prospects and help large enterprises discover the full potential of our product • Develop new ideas and strategies to identify and win potential new enterprise customers • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to develop pipeline-generation strategies • Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs • Introduce new ideas and improvements to further optimize enterprise pipeline generation
• Minimum 3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in the SaaS sector • Experience working with large accounts (over $1 billion in revenue) • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new opportunities • Highly self-motivated and well organized, able to work successfully in an autonomous and flexible remote work culture • Technical experience in SaaS (especially CMS or marketing SaaS solutions) is a plus • Native German speaker (plus strong English skills) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with outbound sales strategies and modern sales tools • Passion for sales and motivated to contribute to the growth of a fast-growing company
