📋 Description

• Work on exciting topics or lead sub-projects with direct client responsibility • Organize workshops and take on presentation and facilitation responsibilities • Contribute to conceptual development • Support business development and proposal processes • Assume demanding leadership responsibilities as a Senior Consultant

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting (Consultant level) • 2–4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting (Senior Consultant level) • Master’s degree or equivalent (Diplom) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering from a reputable university, with at least a good/above-average final grade • Solid knowledge of strategic positioning and market-oriented alignment of companies • Extensive experience in business analysis and the design of business processes • (Initial) experience leading workstreams or sub-projects • Good knowledge of project and change management • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a structured way of working • Excellent communication skills and strong presentation abilities • Very good MS Office skills • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in teams • High willingness to travel and mobility • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
