📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer technical and business requirements and positioning solutions • Prepare and conduct live, customized demonstrations of Sumsub’s all-in-one platform • Gather technical requirements, assess integration needs, and define solution architectures • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts • Uncover technical pain points and pitch product modules such as Transaction Monitoring, KYB, and fraud workflows • Lead proofs of concept and trials during new business and account expansion cycles • Partner with sales and account management throughout deal cycles • Provide technical expertise, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and address customer concerns • Guide customers on API and SDK integration best practices • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to quickly master new technologies and explain complex technical concepts as clear business value • Solid working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based SaaS architectures • Hands-on coding background is a plus, but not required • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Confidence presenting to cross-functional stakeholders • Prior client-facing or presales experience is a strong advantage • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for integrations and customer requirements • Interest in Fintech, RegTech, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance; domain exposure is a bonus, but not mandatory • Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the EMEA region • Ability to work with technical and commercial audiences
