📋 Description

• Support of software and business applications (ERP and related systems). • Perform business needs analysis and recommend process improvements. • Provide technical support, troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for end-users. • Deliver end-user training on application functionality and business process integration. • Manage, create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support issues and customizations. • Develop and support reports using SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel, and Power BI. • Lead assigned projects including implementation and enhancements of ERP functionality and integrations. • Interact with consultants on projects and support work; implement hardware and software for optimal deployment. • Install and upgrade business application software and monitor system health and preventative measures. • Assist in planning, implementing, and supporting business applications; resolve employee application issues.

🎯 Requirements

• ERP Application Implementation, Configuration, & Support Experience. • Infios (formerly Koerber) GP Collect WMS or other WMS experience in a retail/distribution or medical device environment. • Understanding of warehouse distribution, shipping, and logistical operations. • Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and resolving ERP related issues. • End user training on application functionality and business processes. • Manage, create and optimize queries and stored procedures using SQL Management Studio. • Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Report Development & Support. • Analytical reporting and user support using SQL Server, Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools. • Microsoft Dynamics GP administration (Financial, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing). • Cavallo SalesPad (Desktop, Inventory Manager, Automation Agent) experience. • (GP) eOne SmartConnect integration development experience or other enterprise application integration experience. • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supporting or application “super user” role. • Experience working independently and as part of a strategic support team. • Ability to report on activities to senior-level staff and committees. • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT/Systems Administration or related field/experience. • Travel as business needs, upwards of 30%.
