📋 Description

• Support the assessment and management of all contractual claims, both incoming and outgoing, involving clients and subcontractors • Diligently collect, organize, and analyze critical documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and technical reports, to support claim efforts • Maintain comprehensive claims registers and administrative records, ensuring meticulous filing and archiving of all claim-related communications • Assist in the preparation of formal claim notifications, rebuttals, and settlement agreements under senior guidance • Coordinate seamlessly with various internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and obligations • Contribute to dispute resolution processes and the identification of contractual risks within solar energy projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field • 2–4 years of experience in contract management, legal support, project administration, or claims handling • Foundational knowledge of commercial contracts, contractual obligations, and key contract law principles • Familiarity with solar energy projects, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and related infrastructure • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C2) for both written and spoken communication • Possesses analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
