• Project leadership for the V‑Label Awards Germany: concept development, strategic advancement and implementation of the V‑Label Award program in Germany. • End-to-end project management of the awards – from planning through execution to pre- and post-event follow-up. • Development of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for the award. • Definition and management of relevant KPIs and execution of targeted email and social media campaigns. • Responsibility for maintaining and optimizing the award website and designing and managing the shortlisting process. • Planning and coordination of marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer retention with a focus on email marketing.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable field and have at least two years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing. • You have proven experience managing digital marketing channels, especially in email marketing, social media and content creation. • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. • You have hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Wrike and Google Workspace, or show a strong willingness to learn new systems. • You have experience with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software and social media management tools. • You bring strong project management skills, particularly in planning, organizing and executing events. • You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple parallel projects. • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and use data purposefully to make informed decisions and optimize measures. • You work independently, reliably and punctually and have excellent organization, prioritization and decision-making skills. • You identify with ProVeg’s vision and mission and bring that motivation into your daily work. • Desirable: You have experience or qualifications in B2B and/or B2C (online) marketing, communications or PR – ideally in an NGO or a commercial/business environment.
