📋 Description

• Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to expand market reach and achieve sales goals. • Identify and recruit new distribution partners, focusing on non-exclusive relationships to maximize coverage. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication, joint business planning, and performance reviews. • Provide sales support to distributors, ensuring accurate product positioning and technical understanding. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide channel partners with up-to-date product information, training materials, and promotional content. • Attend trade shows, regional conferences, and customer events to represent the company and strengthen partner relationships. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform channel strategies and future product needs. • Manage partner performance metrics, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 5+ years of experience in channel or distributor sales, preferably within the Parking, Access Control, or Intelligent Transportation industries. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support product demonstrations and training. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel 50–75% of the time.
