📋 Description

• Set up, maintain, and close out project files and study information, including KPIs, regulatory documents, Trial Master File (TMF), enrollment, adverse events, serious adverse events, protocol deviations, site supplies, Institutional Review Board re-approvals, and data queries • Maintain and distribute study-specific and financial reports, including vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, forecasts, and related information • Lead internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead, prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items, and follow up through closure • Record KPI status, assess and communicate KPIs with proposed action plans, and prepare customer status reports under Project Lead oversight • Ensure study documents are archived according to applicable guidelines and policies • Serve as project representative for internal and external audits and support quality assurance activities through issue resolution • Serve as primary customer contact when the Project Lead is out of office, seeking input from the Project Director • Mentor and train Project Specialists

• UK-only position • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered • Ability to set up, maintain, and close out project files and study information in databases and systems • Ability to maintain and distribute study-specific and financial reports • Ability to lead or support internal and external meetings and follow up on action items • Ability to record and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare status reports • Knowledge of study document archiving guidelines and policies • Ability to support quality assurance activities, audits, and internal reviews • Ability to provide customer support and mentor/train Project Specialists
