📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions using Node.js (must-have) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions • Work on microservices architecture, ensuring efficient communication between services • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Manage and optimize databases — MongoDB and PostgreSQL • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and delivery • Work with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for hosting, monitoring, and scaling backend services • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices across the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend development • Expertise in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript • Strong understanding of databases — MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (SQL) • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) — EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) • Solid understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and microservices architecture • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. • Working knowledge of Golang is an added advantage. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
