📋 Description

• Design and build data platforms end to end on Google Cloud • Build reliable data pipelines for regulated-sector clients • Model data for clarity and performance at scale • Apply cloud networking and security practices to keep data within required boundaries • Explain technical trade-offs to clients • Deliver platforms that clients depend on daily • Work alongside Google Cloud teams on Google-referred projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10 years of data engineering experience • Hands-on Google Cloud work • 6 hours of overlap with North American Eastern time • Excellent SQL skills • Strong Python skills • Ability to build pipelines resilient to late, duplicated, or messy data • Data modeling skills for scalable, clear, and performant systems • Knowledge of cloud networking and security • Ability to explain trade-offs clearly to clients and take ownership of outcomes • A Professional Google Cloud certification is nice to have
