📋 Description

• Build a new Forms capability • Develop a Java 21 / Spring Boot 3 backend service • Develop a React / Vite / TanStack frontend portal • Deploy backend and frontend as containers on AWS EKS • Reuse and integrate existing platform services through REST APIs and JWT • Implement hard-coded forms for each use case • Create one immutable submission snapshot for each reporting period • Update project totals only after submission approval using a single transactional update • Maintain one common, scheme-independent codebase with lightweight deployment configuration • Separate production deployments as required and support multiple configurations in lower environments

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level full stack development experience • Java 21 and Spring Boot 3 • React, Vite, and TanStack • AWS EKS and container deployment • REST APIs and JWT • Experience integrating with user, project, project assignment, document storage/S3, Cognito authentication, and SES email platform services • Must be UK-based • Eligible to obtain BPSS clearance
