📋 Description

• Analyze business problems and apply engineering skills enhanced by AI to build user-friendly solutions • Collaborate with Product Managers to turn requirements into working prototypes quickly • Use AI-assisted tools to build interfaces, services, or code snippets and productize them for robustness and scalability • Design and develop back-end logic in Java 21+ and Spring Boot and front-end components in React • Build and integrate APIs and data models with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch • Continuously integrate AI into the development cycle: generate boilerplate code, write tests, debug, and adapt AI models to real use cases • Take ownership of code, deliver features end-to-end, write and maintain unit tests, and participate in code reviews • Mentor peers in AI-driven workflows and proactively improve tools, libraries, and workflows • Collaborate in cross-functional, remote-first teams and contribute as both an engineer and a product thinker

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally SaaS, with exposure to start-up or scale-up environments • Strong backend skills in Java (Java 21+) and Spring Boot • Frontend skills in React and TypeScript • Database experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Experience with Elasticsearch • Experience integrating APIs and designing data models • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and participating in code reviews • Experience mentoring peers and working in cross-functional teams • Product-driven mindset and care about user experience and business impact • Curiosity and adaptability to learn new frameworks and AI tools • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative team with clear communication and ownership
