📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts and territories. • Develop, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships, focusing on high-value partnerships. • Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and proactive account development. • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales tailored to each client’s business goals. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM to manage pipelines, contacts, and sales activities. • Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations for clients and prospects. • Collaborate internally with operations, customer service, and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence. • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, call metrics, and activity targets. • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high responsiveness and a superior customer experience. • Track and follow up on samples, quotes, and project requests to keep opportunities moving forward. • Continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand relationships and increase account revenue. • Support team members as needed to maintain department-wide excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise inside sales • Proven success managing long sales cycles and high-touch client relationships. • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport quickly. • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Ability to interpret sales data and create action plans to drive growth. • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
