📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and scale paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads Search, TikTok, and native platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain • Build and manage the tracking and cloaking stack end-to-end from ad account through tracker, landing page, CRM, and platform back-signal • Deploy advanced cloaking techniques and manage Keitaro or equivalent tracker configurations, including landers, campaign routing, macros, traffic distribution, filters, and postbacks • Optimize campaigns toward downstream lead quality, qualified leads, deposits, and value-based outcomes rather than CPL alone • Use Conversion API events, Conversion Leads optimization, and value-based lookalikes • Own instant-form versus landing-page decisions, funnel structure, and A/B testing of angles, creatives, and forms • Partner on RTL Arabic landing pages and video/static creatives, including short-form feed video • Maintain ad-account compliance and health in regulated verticals, including ad policy, advertiser/business verification, and platform certification • Monitor performance metrics daily and reallocate spend based on CPL, cost per qualified lead, cost per deposit, lead-to-qualified rate, and payback • Diagnose data and act independently without hand-holding • Measure success through qualified/depositing traders, ROAS, payback window, and account health

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of media-buying experience in financial or high-risk verticals such as capital markets, forex/CFD, crypto, or comparable regulated/aggressive sectors • Hands-on experience with Keitaro or equivalent trackers such as Binom, RedTrack, or Voluum, including landers, campaigns, macros, filters, and traffic routing • Proven experience with a full tracker-to-CRM-to-pixel/Conversion API pipeline • Understanding of postbacks, lead statuses, and server-side events • Experience optimizing for downstream lead quality and conversion events, not only cheap form fills • Experience with ad-account compliance, verification, and creative approval in regulated verticals • Data-driven and self-directed approach • Strong plus: Meta Conversions API setup and server-side tracking • Experience with Make/Integromat/Zapier automation tooling • Broker or affiliate ecosystem experience, including offers, payouts, and postbacks • Experience with Microsoft Clarity or PostHog • Email and deliverability awareness • Experience framing regulated or Shariah-compliant financial products for compliant advertising
