📋 Description

• Drive profitability through data-backed decisions on product mix, layout, machine placement, and pricing (RTP/Handle Pull/Time-on-Device) • Conduct deep dives into machine performance, including Leased vs. Owned vs. WAP analysis and budgeting strategies • Translate complex slot data into actionable, daily recommendations for operator leadership • Use EMEA market insights to help shape Tangam’s product roadmap and software features • Deliver high-level performance reviews and workshops to senior leadership across diverse cultures • Provide technical credibility for business development through expert-led demos and strategic discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience in Senior-level slot operations or slot analytics • Deep understanding of KPIs: Coin-In, Theo Win, RTP, Handle Pulls, and Floor Utilization • Strong preference for candidates with operational experience within the EMEA region • Expert at using BI tools (Tableau, SAS, Excel) to turn raw data into a compelling operational story • Fluency in French and/or Spanish (Strong Asset)
