📋 Description

• Oversee engagements with varying delivery models, ensuring objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget • Ensure internal compliance requirements are met and provide strategic value to clients and engagements • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and align services with their long-term goals • Communicate engagement progress, challenges, and results to internal and external stakeholders • Manage engagement finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability • Allocate and optimize resources across engagements • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management and clients • Lead larger engagement teams, mentor resources, and foster collaboration • Drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services and resolving issues • Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with sales partners on upselling and cross-selling • Quantify business benefits throughout the engagement lifecycle • Travel several times per year may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with skills in AI • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Analysis and problem-solving skills • Time management and organizational skills • People management skills • Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master • Exposure to professional services agreements, including the change management process • Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications • Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills • Preferred: Client-facing experience with communication up to the C-suite • Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP • Preferred: Experience delivering AWS cloud engagements in the IT Professional Services industry • Preferred: Experience with complex deliverable-based, fully outsourced, or large-scale engagements or programs • Preferred: Knowledge of AWS services, delivery models, and solutions (IDP, Connect, etc.) • Preferred: Experience leading renewals, expansion, and advocacy across a portfolio
