📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries from customers and agents • Provide clear, accurate, and efficient support on property and casualty policy and billing matters • Handle service issues • Document customer needs • Complete policy updates requiring an active insurance license • Provide support through inbound and outbound communication channels • Deliver customer service without sales responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• MUST have an active P&C or Personal Lines license with no active appointments • Must have a verifiable HS Diploma or GED • Must be available for training/nesting Monday-Friday for either 8:00am–5:00pm or 10:00am–6:30pm EST for 14 weeks • After training, must be available Monday-Sunday for any 8-hour shift between 7:00am–8:00pm EST • Bilingual Spanish is applicable for the bilingual pay rate
