📋 Description

• Deliver new features and bug fixes with a focus on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction • Maintain high codebase quality through consistent coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing • Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces • Manage application state to ensure seamless user experiences across platforms • Translate AI intelligence into meaningful human experiences for QV.AC • Contribute to a product that helps users perceive, trust, and rely on a local AI assistant

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in production-scale applications • Strong competency in state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar • Ability to write modular, maintainable, and well tested code • Solid skillset in testing and debugging complex frontend applications • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team • Good communication skills • Excellent English communication skills • Experience with desktop application development using Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes (preferred) • Familiarity with video/audio APIs, WebRTC, media streams, and real-time communication (preferred) • Demonstrated ability to optimize UI performance, including rendering and memory management (preferred) • Experience building cross-platform applications for macOS, Windows, Linux, or similar (preferred) • Past contributions to open-source projects, especially in P2P or decentralized technology (bonus)
