📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects, including ERP implementations, software development initiatives, and bespoke integrations • Drive planning, resource management, financial tracking, and overall project governance • Lead weekly project and customer meetings covering progress, risks, and financials • Chair steering committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting • Partner with technical, development, and Professional Services teams • Collaborate with PMO/Program Management on timelines, resourcing, and issue resolution • Ensure project documentation, milestones, and sign-offs follow established methodology • Identify and communicate process improvement, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities • Mentor junior Project Managers and support team development and best-practice sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 6+ years of project management experience in software delivery, ERP implementations, or related Professional Services environments • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects through full lifecycle delivery • Strong financial management skills, including project budgets, burn rates, and resource allocations • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools • Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is required • Experience implementing COINS, other construction ERP software, comparable enterprise applications, software consulting or professional services organizations, and mentoring junior team members preferred • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
