📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and trust. • Provide high-quality, valuable strategic consulting services on each and every client account by thinking critically, asking thoughtful questions, and providing constant strategic recommendations. • Organize specialty teams to conduct discovery for strategic understanding of clients’ audiences, market, competitors, goals, and branding, complete diagnostic and assessments, develop and execute strategic marketing plans, and brainstorm creative campaign concepts. • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution. • Analyze campaign performance, gather data, and apply insights to optimize strategies, meeting quarterly KPIs and profitability goals. • Facilitate clear, compelling communication in client meetings, emails, and presentations. • Address client challenges and internal process improvements swiftly and effectively, ensuring smooth project flow and resolution of any issues. • Identify opportunities for improvement and/or account growth to support the company's goals and guarantee a profitable client partnership.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a strategic marketing position, agency experience preferred • Must be a problem-solver, able to react quickly to new or complex client requests • Must be personable and able to develop great working relationships with clients and internal team members alike • Must have excellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to juggle competing demands • Must be a great presenter who can confidently and persuasively sell work and ideas • Must be resilient and positive, even in difficult situations (attitude is everything here at TDR)
