📋 Description

• Build the Core — Design and scale robust APIs and backend services that manage bookings, payments, availability, and property intelligence. • Automate the Workflows — Develop serverless functions and microservices that eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline operations across cities and continents. • Connect the Ecosystem — Implement integrations between Base360.ai and major platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway. • Engineer for Scale — Architect event-driven systems and data pipelines capable of handling millions of events and transactions reliably. • Power Intelligence — Work with AI and data teams to embed smart automation and predictive logic into operational flows. • Collaborate Closely — Partner with product, front-end, and operations teams to translate messy real-world challenges into simple, scalable backend solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise with Node.js, Python/FastAPI, and AWS serverless. • Strong experience building and scaling API-first products. • A deep understanding of databases, synchronization logic, and distributed systems. • A passion for automation, intelligent operations, and emerging PropTech. • A systems-level mindset — you think in terms of resilience, reliability, and flow. • A strong bias toward execution and ownership.
