📋 Description

• Provide ongoing remote, on-demand legal support for client law firms on active personal injury cases • Independently manage and move cases forward • Handle motion practice, discovery, and case management • Handle court appearances and litigation responsibilities if needed • Draft and conduct legal research and analysis • Meet deadlines while supporting short-term and long-term legal projects

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida • Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience • Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management • Ability to independently manage and move cases forward • Comfortable handling court appearances and litigation responsibilities if needed • Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • Self-starter who can work independently • Expected availability of approximately 10+ hours per week
