• Support the growth of our global host company network and drive the impact that we make globally. • Focus on outbound business development, CRM and pipeline support, and smooth administrative onboarding for newly qualified partners. • Identify opportunities, generate conversations, and prepare companies for successful collaboration with The Intern Group. • Drive analytical insights and process driven improvements for our team to sustain our strong growth trajectory. • Run high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and automated sequences to generate discovery calls for Account Executives. • Conduct and manage discovery calls and qualifying processes with prospective leads. • Support re-engagement campaigns for past or inactive partners. • Ongoing extensive industry research to help identify high-potential prospects for outreach. • Build targeted prospect lists for our global team. • Maintain accurate CRM data and support pipeline organisation and reporting. • Build, clean and organise AE pipelines to support forecasting, prioritisation and reporting. • Track outreach volume, engagement, conversion and pipeline movement. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and insights for management. • Assist with administrative onboarding: collecting key company information and designing role briefs, and training plans. • Improve workflows, templates, and outreach processes to drive BD efficiency. • Support with global strategic initiatives and projects. • Map online and in-destination events and networking opportunities where team members could participate to support outreach and relationship building.
• 0–3 years’ experience or strong interest in business development, operations, or sales support • Excellent written English and confident oral communication skills (Spanish is an added bonus) • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented personality • Analytical, data driven and a strong attention to detail • Comfortable working with CRM and outreach tools, or able to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies • Proactive, motivated, and able to thrive in a remote-first environment. • Work authorization in your current location. • Logistical Requirements: Home office space, Personal computer
