• As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. • You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and promoting our recruitment services. • Proactively identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research of clients in New Zealand. • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges in New Zealand. • Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients, negotiating terms and closing agreements. • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of client requirements. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
