📋 Description

• Provide legal support for Thermo Fisher Scientific's clinical research business • Draft and negotiate agreements enabling therapeutic advances • Serve as the primary legal contact for assigned departments • Protect the company's interests while facilitating critical business decisions • Manage a diverse portfolio including enterprise service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and complex contracts • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders • Evaluate legal implications and support risk mitigation • Adjust workload and priorities based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in legal or contracts experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related industry • Active law license/qualification in jurisdiction of practice (where applicable) • Ability to draft and negotiate routine contract provisions autonomously and complex provisions with oversight • Strong risk analysis and mitigation skills with ability to evaluate legal implications • Excellent English language proficiency, including written and verbal communication • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders • Flexibility to adjust workload and priorities based on business needs • May require 0-20% travel • Ability to work standard business hours
