📋 Description

• Independently prepare proposal drafts, protocol drafts, and reports/summaries • Summarize quantitative and qualitative analysis results • Conduct literature reviews and tabulate data from articles • Collect qualitative data, including conducting cognitive interviews and moderating or co-moderating focus groups • Perform data management, data entry, and data review • Conduct qualitative coding and review quantitative data tables • Maintain familiarity with current scientific literature • Co-author scientific conference presentations and journal manuscripts when applicable • Oversee and conduct site recruitment, site management, site training, and data management • Delegate and communicate within and outside the project team • Oversee project budgets, review reports, approve and track subcontractor and client invoices, and maintain the project checkbook • Track timelines and keep the project team informed • Oversee and manage IRB submissions, filing, SOP requirements, and business office practices • Communicate with clients and senior project team members about project tasks, budgets, and timelines • Manage and present internal scientific trainings • Attend colleague-led trainings and comply with SOPs and Evidera training requirements • Travel 10–30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• MA/MS with more than two years of experience, or BA/BS with more than three years of experience, or equivalent thereof in outcomes research, clinical trial execution, or human subjects research • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience with EndNote, PubMed/Embase, ATLAS.ti, and ability to use Access with interface provided • Knowledge of health outcomes/human subjects research principles and good clinical practices • Practical knowledge of research project implementation • Knowledge of IRB processes, data collection and management, and qualitative and quantitative analysis • Good communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, multitasking, analytical, and scientific writing skills • Scientific writing demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications, technical reports, or other scholarly work • May require domestic and international travel
