📋 Description

• Collaborate with development, business analysis, and project management teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and develop test plans • Design, document, and maintain test cases and scenarios for Salesforce functionality, customizations, and integrations • Perform manual testing and document defects • Develop and maintain automated test scripts • Conduct regression testing • Evaluate application performance and scalability and recommend optimisations • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders • Track, manage, and report defects • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions • Maintain test plans, test cases, test results, and defect documentation • Identify Salesforce implementation risks and recommend mitigation • Guide and support junior testers and team members • Set up and manage test environments, including Salesforce sandboxes and data integrity • Generate test execution status reports covering metrics, test coverage, and defect trends • Report to the QA Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing • At least 2 years focused on Salesforce QA testing, with a focus on Automation • Proficiency in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions • Proficiency in Automation Testing, ideally Playwright or Cypress • Ability to write test scripts • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Familiarity with defect tracking systems, such as Jira or Bugzilla • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participating in Agile development teams preferred • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components preferred • Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions preferred
