• Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery • Develop a pipeline of opportunities by managing the account’s decision-making process • Provide accurate pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts using Salesforce CRM • Demonstrate an understanding of customers' business strategies and present the value proposition of Reuters Imagen • Consistently achieve sales objectives • Serve as primary contact for client needs, manage change requests, and liaise with billing
• Experience in a position with software sales and media sales responsibility • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and exposure to software licensing • Experience with sports federations and media groups in the territories • Good organizational and time management skills • A track record of creating and closing business development contracts • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and execute a sales plan • Problem solving skills: ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
