📋 Description

• End-to-end recruitment for our product and engineering departments • Collaborate closely with engineering hiring teams to streamline our hiring process and to attract and filter top-tier talent • Immerse yourself within our engineering teams to garner a deep understanding of our operations, technology, and talent requirements • Strategize and implement plans for sourcing diverse talent (outbound strategy, lead generation, face-to-face meetings) • Network with potential candidates at industry conferences, local tech gatherings, and university recruitment drives • Craft detailed and engaging job descriptions and conduct prescreening procedures to evaluate the suitability of applicants • Interview candidates employing a mix of methods (structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) • Identify, attract, and close top technical talent to scale Thoughtful AI's healthcare RCM platform

🎯 Requirements

• A proven record of 5-7 years in technical recruitment, ideally within a technology-focused company's in-house team • In-depth knowledge of engineering software and frameworks • A genuine passion for building diverse and dynamic teams, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences • Demonstrated ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting both professionalism and approachability • A growth-oriented mentality and adaptability to rapidly change tasks and priorities • A collaborative spirit and inherent passion for what we're creating at Thoughtful AI
