• Run the full recruitment process end-to-end • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders • Build high-quality pipelines using creative sourcing • Own the candidate experience • Keep hiring data clean and useful • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices • Support employer branding efforts • Stay plugged into market trends across Europe and UAE

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or a mix) • Strong track record hiring for Engineering, DevOps, Data, and other tech roles • Advanced sourcing skills • Confidence managing multiple roles at once • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Experience hiring across Europe • A “get things done” mindset
