📋 Description

• Manage all commissions and sales incentive programs for Thrive regions worldwide • Increase efficiency by automating existing processes • Standardize programs in a commission automation system • Work with the Finance and Revenue Operations Departments • Maintain documentation of commission processes and related controls • Document and formalize compensation policies • Work with hiring managers to document and formalize compensation agreements • Own the accounting function for calculation of variable compensation • Assist annually in designing and modeling compensation plans and proposing modifications • Coordinate payment processes with Implementation, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams • Provide employees and managers with monthly payment reports • Provide scheduled monthly reports of outstanding compensation backlog • Serve as a point of contact for compensation-plan questions • Research and resolve compensation issues and exception payment requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Experience with managing a team • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferred • Experience quoting in the technology industry • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience is required
