📋 Description

• Bring together multiple data sources and build models that help customers understand the full learner journey • Build bespoke analytics, dashboards and reporting reflecting customers’ individual goals, data landscapes and challenges • Develop strong relationships across key enterprise accounts and become a trusted analytics partner • Identify reporting and analytics requirements and influence the product roadmap • Help improve how customers understand the impact of learning • Translate complex data and analysis into clear, useful stories, recommendations and actions for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with customers and teams across Thrive on complex, high-impact projects • Contribute to bespoke reporting, experimentation and the future development of the analytics product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytics experience and a track record of using data to create meaningful value for customers, the business, or both • Experience with Snowflake and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau or Google Looker • Experience working with REST APIs and bringing together data from multiple sources • Confidence working with large enterprise customers, where data environments, requirements and stakeholder groups can be complex • Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate comfortably with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike • Ability to turn complex analysis into clear stories, recommendations and actions • Curious mindset and desire to understand the problem behind the request • Interest in experimentation and using data to understand what’s working, what isn’t and what can be learned • Great project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple customer priorities • Continuous-improvement mindset • Interest in learning technology and the role data can play in helping organisations get more from learning • Experience in the industry is a bonus, but not essential • Experience with MongoDB and AWS cloud architecture would be a bonus, but isn’t required • Ambitious, collaborative and curious
