📋 Description

• Support delivery of a major public sector digital transformation programme • Work within a multidisciplinary team to define and deliver digital services meeting user needs and the GOV.UK Service Standard • Operate across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases • Bring clarity to complex policy, operational and technical challenges • Work closely with Product Managers, User Researchers, Service Designers, Delivery Managers and Engineering teams • Translate user, business and policy requirements into actionable outcomes • Support successful delivery of citizen-facing and internal government services • Elicit, analyse and document requirements • Facilitate workshops and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst on UK Government or wider public sector digital transformation programmes • Strong understanding of the GOV.UK Service Standard, GDS Delivery Framework, and service assessment process • Proven experience working across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live delivery phases • Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes including policy, operational, technical and executive stakeholders • Skilled at eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements within complex and ambiguous environments • Ability to identify user, business and operational needs and translate these into clear requirements and recommendations • Strong experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong experience developing process maps and service blueprints • Strong experience developing business rules and data requirements • Strong experience developing as-is and to-be operating models • Strong experience developing functional and non-functional requirements • Comfortable facilitating workshops and driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups • Immediately available or able to start with a 1 week notice period
