📋 Description

• Generate and nurture leads through strategic outreach, lead qualification, cold calling, and follow-up • Target key healthcare professionals (Clinical Nutrition Managers, Directors of Nursing, Neonatologists, Registered Dietitians) • Drive the sales cycle: initiate sales process, develop and deliver quotes and proposals, assist with RFI/RFP responses • Leverage CRM software and other sales tools to log interactions, manage pipeline, and identify efficiency opportunities • Represent Timeless Medical Systems at trade shows and medical conferences • Travel up to 25% as required • Work remotely from a home office and collaborate with the sales team to close deals and grow business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university • 2-5 years of proven experience in an inside sales capacity, preferably within the medical technology industry • Prior clinical nutrition experience in the healthcare field • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with excellent time management, organization, and independent working skills • Continuous improvement and growth mindset • Basic security clearance; criminal record background check • Ability/willingness to travel up to 25% • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Competencies: Strategic Thinking; Adaptability; Product Knowledge; Customer Focus; Communication and Collaboration; Results Orientation
