📋 Description

• Build and scale the core AI infrastructure for an AI-driven video production platform • Develop LLM-powered workflows, multi-agent systems, integrations, and backend services • Turn user inputs into reliable video production pipelines • Design how AI agents interact • Improve system reliability and performance • Experiment with new AI capabilities • Contribute to technical architecture decisions • Collaborate closely with the product team • Influence the quality of the final user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python development • Solid experience on an async stack such as FastAPI, aiohttp, or Starlette • Deep understanding of asyncio • Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, transactions and locking, indexes, and slow query analysis • Experience designing REST APIs and webhook integrations, including idempotency, retries, and consistent error handling • Hands-on performance experience with profiling, metrics, load testing, and bottleneck resolution • Daily Docker usage • Kubernetes experience at the level of deploying and debugging own services • Experience creating Helm charts for services • Habit of writing unit and integration tests • Experience taking features to production end-to-end, from design through monitoring • CV and LinkedIn profile required for application
