📋 Description

• Own the introduction, further development, and operation of AI platforms and AI services • Evaluate new technologies, features, and integrations, and develop sustainable platform strategies • Ensure a secure, scalable, and future-ready AI landscape • Develop governance models, role and permission concepts, and technical guardrails for the use of AI • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders on the responsible introduction of new AI capabilities • Assess platforms, integrations, and new AI services with regard to risks, compliance, and technical feasibility • Take ownership of new AI-related questions and requirements • Analyze requirements, develop recommendations for action, and drive initiatives through to implementation • Support business functions in using AI safely and effectively, and act as a technical sparring partner for Business, Security, and Engineering • Contribute hands-on, as needed, to integrations, automations, architecture concepts, and platform solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building, operating, or further developing platforms, cloud solutions, or technical services • Experience with modern AI platforms and the AI ecosystem, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or comparable technologies • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and role and permission concepts • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment • Ability to prepare, assess, and communicate technical decisions in a structured and transparent manner • Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to structure and drive complex or ambiguous questions and challenges • Confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their potential for the company • Residence in Germany required
