⢠Build the analytical backbone of DTC at More Nutrition, enabling structured, scalable and data-driven decision-making across all commercial levers. ⢠Move DTC from reactive analysis to proactive performance management, establishing robust frameworks, playbooks and scalable systems. ⢠Leverage automation and AI as key enablers to increase speed, depth and scalability of insights. ⢠Own and evolve DTC performance analysis across traffic, conversion, revenue and customer behavior. ⢠Identify key drivers of growth across promotions, CRO, marketing channels and product portfolio. ⢠Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. ⢠Analyze and quantify the impact of all channels (e.g. paid, TikTok Shop, organic, TV). ⢠Assess channel interactions, overlaps and incrementality. ⢠Enable better budget allocation and investment decisions. ⢠Support key commercial questions beyond marketing, analyze portfolio performance, evaluate promotion effectiveness, and support market and channel expansion decisions. ⢠Connect creative output to business impact and enable data-driven optimization of content and campaign strategies. ⢠Build scalable reporting and analytics frameworks, reduce dependency on BI, and implement high-impact AI use cases across DTC. ⢠Introduce structured ways of working and ensure analytical work is repeatable, scalable and decision-oriented.
⢠5+ years of experience in analytics, data, or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or ecommerce environments ⢠Proven ability to translate data into business impact and decision-making, leveraging modern tools and AI where relevant ⢠Experience working with analytics and data tools (e.g. SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar) ⢠Experience with attribution, incrementality and performance analysis across channels ⢠Strong understanding of eCommerce / DTC metrics (conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, etc.) ⢠Strong interest and experience in AI, automation and new technologies, with a hands-on mindset to test and implement new solutions ⢠Experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), which is a plus ⢠Hands-on, pragmatic and performance-driven mindset ⢠Fluent in English and German.
