• You manage and develop your customers in line with the company’s defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion activities. • You acquire new customers while considering profitability and continuously identifying market potential. • You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials, complying with the Quality Group’s economic guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and the competition.
🎯 Requirements
• You have experience in field sales, sales, or the food retail sector. • Ideally, you have commercial or business-related vocational training. • You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking. • You enjoy working with key figures/KPIs, love selling, and are enthusiastic about our products. • You are proficient with digital tools and like contributing new ideas. • You hold a driver’s license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence.
