📋 Description

• Build and traffic direct and managed campaigns in Google Ad Manager, ensuring accuracy and timely setup • Complete thorough campaign quality assurance before launch, checking targeting, creative rendering, tracking and pacing • Monitor live campaigns, manage pacing and delivery, and proactively optimise towards campaign goals • Investigate and resolve delivery, tracking and creative rendering issues, escalating to Product or Engineering where needed • Pull, check and interpret campaign performance data, producing accurate delivery reports for the Account Management team • Use AI tools, automation and continuous improvement thinking to streamline operational processes • Follow and improve operational standards, QA processes and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in ad operations, campaign management or a similar hands-on digital advertising role • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager or a comparable ad server, including trafficking, targeting, QA and troubleshooting • A careful and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, reliable work • Strong troubleshooting skills, with curiosity and persistence when working through delivery, tracking or campaign performance issues • Confidence working with campaign data, including pulling, checking and making sense of performance numbers • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work smoothly with Account Management, Ad Sales and technical teams, and to know when to escalate • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple live campaigns, competing deadlines and changing priorities • An interest in using AI, automation and improved processes to reduce manual work and help operational teams scale effectively
