📋 Description

• Execute Treasury Operations activities across multiple ClearBank Group entities and multi‑currency Nostro accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong control discipline • Perform and monitor FX settlement activity with multiple FX providers, resolving issues and exceptions in line with established procedures • Support cash and liquidity management processes, working closely with Treasury to manage intraday and end‑of‑day balances • Manage collateral and margin activity relating to UK securities, including transfers, settlement and ongoing monitoring of securities transactions • Ensure all Treasury and cash management instruments, including FX swaps and money market funds, are confirmed and settled without exceptions • Deputise for the Treasury Operations Shift Manager when required, leading operational activity on shift and acting as a point of escalation within established business‑as‑usual and contingency procedures • Exercise sound judgement during live operational issues, escalating proactively where there is a risk that existing processes or controls may fail • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and supporting enhancements to Treasury Operations processes, controls and workflows • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and, where required, external counterparties to support smooth operational delivery • Produce operational reporting and management information to support oversight, decision‑making and operational risk management • Support the onboarding and ongoing operation of new Treasury instruments and products as ClearBank Group’s offering evolves

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Treasury Operations, cash management or payments operations within a regulated financial services environment • Strong working knowledge of FX settlement, Nostro account management and liquidity processes • Experience managing or supporting collateral and margin activity, including securities settlement • Proven ability to operate effectively in a time‑critical or shift‑based operational environment • Sound understanding of operational risk, controls and escalation frameworks • Experience producing or contributing to operational reporting and management information • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across teams and with external parties.
