📋 Description

• Act as lead finance partner for Growth, Engagement & Brand Marketing teams • Own and evolve weekly marketing trading reporting • Steer capital allocation decisions across brand, performance and promotional channels • Enhance ROI modelling, measurement and tracking • Lead innovative optimisation projects with Growth and Data Science • Create high-impact narratives and presentations • Shape multi-year marketing financial plans • Champion the evolution of Commercial Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a commercial, financial or analytical role • Proactive, can-do attitude • Familiarity with measurement and modelling of marketing ROI using various techniques • Calculation of customer economics metrics (paybacks, LTV : CAC ratios) • Team player with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude • Ability to distil and communicate results of complex analysis clearly • Experience of modelling and forecasting • Understanding of broader analytical techniques • Writing queries in SQL
