📋 Description

• Provide sales coverage for existing accounts in your region. • Prioritize and close new and incremental business within your book of business. • Prospecting to identify new opportunities within your region. • Deliver against stated growth objectives for the business. • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the third-party collection space, sharing industry knowledge, expertise, and insights with customers, prospects, and team. • Attend collection conferences and industry events as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years of sales experience in B2B sales or senior property management/tenant screening industry experience. • Understanding of the rental screening environment. • Ability to readily share best practices, selling strategies, product and industry knowledge with team members. • Understanding of data and analytics relevant to the rental/tenant screening industry. • Willingness to travel.
