📋 Description

• Act as a process improvement champion using a strong systems-thinking approach • Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify optimisation opportunities • Develop and maintain flow of work maps to communicate workflows and highlight blockers • Measure and analyse flow metrics to provide recommendations • Conduct root cause analysis on workflow impediments to provide insights to leadership • Leverage tools like Jira, Looker, Flow, and Miro for analysis and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints, ideally Six Sigma certified • Minimum of two years’ experience as a technical data or software engineer • Strong analytical skills and experience using data visualisation and statistical analysis • Ability to articulate complex ideas in simple terms • Exemplary collaboration skills with cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of change management principles
