📋 Description

• Provide a single, trusted operational and financial view for clients of Simple Machines– • Ensure decisions, commitments, and dependencies are clearly captured, tracked, and closed • Strengthen governance, reporting, and follow-through without adding delivery overhead • Reports into and coordinates closely with directors, enabling them to focus on product maturity, delivery execution, technical leadership, and cross-tribe accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain a consolidated view of the Simple Machines scope • Track forecast vs actuals, run-rate, burn, and variances • Coordinate status to ensure alignment between forecast, delivery, and finance • Work directly with stakeholders on financial tracking and reconciliation • Maintain structured tracking of actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key dates • Collates commitment logs in support of programme and technical leadership • Proactively co-ordinates follow-ups across stakeholders to ensure commitments are closed without unnecessary escalation • Document and capture key risks, trade-offs, and decisions to support programme alignment • Act as a central coordination point across Simple Machines • Ensure meetings consistently translate into clear actions, owners, and timelines • Support consistent ways of working, templates, and reporting across the programme
