📋 Description
• Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns supporting onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion • Apply regional segmentation and lifecycle-stage messaging in campaign builds • Partner with CS Operations to turn renewal and customer-health signals into live campaign triggers • Support customer survey operations, including CES and NPS • Own the build, activation, and reporting of lifecycle and expansion campaigns, webinars, and related activities • Support Europe-specific customer advocacy and reference activity • Hand off centrally built campaigns to Field Marketing in local languages • Support priority global campaign execution within Europe • Manage spend within the regional marketing budget • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, CS Operations, and Field Marketing • Act as the connective layer between central campaign strategy, CS Operations, and Field Marketing across Europe
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a related marketing role • Experience in cross-channel campaign development and optimisation • Technical writing ability, including technical communications, product notifications, and advisories • Experience in a B2B marketing environment, ideally cybersecurity or IT • Strong relationship-building skills across teams and seniority levels • Analytical and tech-savvy, with ability to develop working knowledge of TrendAI Vision One™ and relevant martech tools and reports • Experience working across multi-regional campaigns, languages, and teams • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, developing industry • Hands-on experience with marketing automation or campaign martech platforms is desirable • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is desired but not essential • Willingness to travel occasionally
