📋 Description

• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouse to support daily operations and drive business value • Gather business requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop functional specifications • Serve as liaison between development teams and internal/external customers or end users • Communicate requirements through specifications, statements of work, project plans, and other documentation • Coordinate with developers, quality assurance teams, and users to test processes and ensure functionality and user acceptance • Create BRD, FRD, and other business analysis documents • Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements and workflow changes • Document current-state and future-state process maps, data flows, and system interactions • Develop and maintain business process, system configuration, and training documentation • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate as needed • Assist with project planning, execution, and closure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes effectively • Conduct data and transactional analysis to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities affecting O2C performance • Ensure process compliance with relevant regulations and healthcare industry standards • Provide hands-on support for business systems focused on order processing and customer fulfillment • Assist with configuration updates and operational tasks • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to accuracy, speed, and customer experience • Support business teams during system testing and validation • Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards • Participate in system enhancements, requirement validation, UAT support, and go-live monitoring • Support integrations with third-party vendors and internal developers • Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials • Train end users on new functionality and system updates

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition • Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies • Excellent communication skills with technical teams and business users • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare or a related industry • 3 years of experience in OTC processes and applications in healthcare • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems/MIS, or related field • Experience with Agile project management methodologies • Experience with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 15 pounds • Close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and no color visual deficiency
