📋 Description

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for license compliance across EMEA • Provide licensing education and documentation to internal and external parties • Review licence compliance and piracy leads using internal tools and databases • Build and implement license compliance strategies and workflows, including country-specific approaches where needed • Manage the lifecycle of compliance leads from investigator creation through closure • Explore new processes and procedures to improve license compliance initiative success and conversion rates • Mitigate piracy pushback from new logos and convert them into long-standing customers • Advise license compliance agencies on appropriate licensing settlements according to the PoA • Liaise with Sales, channel partners, and license compliance agencies to ensure customer compliance, market growth, and upsell collaboration • Monitor and maintain accurate QTD and YTD pipeline forecasting and reporting • Participate directly in C-level negotiations and legal escalations for key engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated professional experience in software license compliance, auditing, or piracy management • Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related commercial field • Proven proficiency with Cylynt (Smartflow) and Salesforce CRM platforms • Fluent certified English communication skills • Proficiency in a second language, ideally French • Solid background conducting C-level contract negotiations • Experience handling complex legal escalations • Deep familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and regional European compliance laws • Experience designing localized compliance strategies alongside third-party compliance agencies
